HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@pupbrite.com and we'll look into it right away.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We offer a 30-day return policy. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 30 days of delivery. Photo or video proof is required. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, buyer’s remorse, wrong-size selections, and used grooming products may not be eligible for return.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. WHAT DO I DO? We are so sorry! Please email us at support@pupbrite.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement immediately at zero cost to you. This happens very rarely, but when it does, we fix it fast.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to cancel it — but our 30-day return policy still applies.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout system, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
